If I could give Joan Gregerson’s books more than 5 stars I would. I could not have accomplished as much as I did without the guidance of her "Climate Action Challenge Book" & "Climate Action Challenge Workbook". They were an incredible map, a practical North Star, for realizing boots-on-the-ground actions, step by step, to achieve goals I could not have imagined, even while under strict COVID lockdown and restrictions. I have seen it successfully applied to so many different types projects and actions around the world, with remarkable achievements. Bravo!! Very Highly Recommended!!

Joan is a really inspiring force for climate action! I just finished participating in her International Climate Action Challenge for 90 days, and read her book and worked my way through her accompanying workbook for the challenge. She lays everything out in very clear actionable steps, and it's amazing what can be accomplished in 90 days! I would highly recommend this if you'd like to be the change you'd like to see in this world. This is geared for action to reverse climate change, but it could really be used to accomplish anything!

This is a must-read book for anyone who is concerned about climate change but doesn’t know what they can do. Joan Gregerson is a health coach. She supports people to make the difficult but necessary changes to live long and healthy lives. In this book, she shows how to apply the principles of health coaching to protecting the environment and stopping climate change. The stories are inspiring, and the exercises are practical. Get the workbook, too, because even if you don’t know exactly what you want to do, using the book and workbook will help you figure out what to do and how to do it.
